His latest role as Executive Chef of The Newt in Somerset. Ben worked with some of the industries best professionals to create the panicle of quality and luxury restaurant experiences. Cooking in a traditional country house style kitchen, over charcoal, using British ingredients showcasing the seasons and the south west. His food was internationally recognised and featured in many reputable outlets such as VOGUE, GQ, The Times, The Guardian, The Caterer, The Telegraph and Conde Nast.
"I have been fortunate to experience some of the worlds best restaurants first hand, and having worked in internationally renowned kitchens throughout my career, I know what the standard of cooking and service should be and we pride ourselves on delivering that with our private dining experience".
Katie has spent the last ten years working in the hospitality industry and was fortunate enough to travel the world with her job. Along the way she has had the opportunity to enjoy some of the best restaurants, specifically the ones ‘off the beaten track’ where you experience original dishes made with native ingredients in a place where the service is organic.
